At the CRC to date, there is a 64.7% employment rate and a 16% recidivism rate. Employment is calculated by the number of work eligible clients (not on blackout) who have jobs. Recidivism is currently measured by how many clients get rearrested or have a warrant issued while enrolled at the CRC. The NJRC as a whole has a 56% employment rate and a 19% recidivism rate, using a six-month benchmark.
