The NJRC provides individualized assessments and treatment plans to address the essential needs of its participants, including housing, treatment, mental health care, medical care, and access to health insurance and other public benefits. The organization promotes prosocial norms, positive rehabilitation cultures, and family reunification. It also hosts events and conferences, such as the Annual Reentry Conference, where legislative and thought leaders explore issues related to reentry and employment.
