The Street Medicine Team is a fully grant-funded mobile medical unit providing low-barrier, community-based healthcare to individuals who need it most.
No insurance, identification, or payment is required. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is necessary.

- Court-involved individuals
- Individuals in recovery
- Veterans
Services Available
- Basic medical services, including physicals, blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring, health screenings, and laboratory referrals
- Care coordination with RWJBarnabas Health affiliated clinics and specialty providers
- Medication support, including refills for non-scheduled medications and Suboxone for individuals with an existing prescription
- Emergency response for urgent, time-sensitive medical needs
Ongoing Monthly Visits
Beginning August 13, the Mobile Medical Street Medicine Team will visit the NJRC Union Site once each month, with additional visits planned as community needs grow.
